The Wills College Office Administrator Clerk program provides students with solid customer service and administrative skills that are required for working in today’s office environment. Graduates will have gained the necessary skills to be able to work in a wide variety of office settings
Upon completing the program the student will be able to:
Prepare office documents using Microsoft Office
Prepare financial statements, AR/AP reports using Simply Accounting
Prepare Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
Use common office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, etc
Apply time management techniques
Understand customer service issues
Strong focus is given to the Microsoft Office and Accounting applications that are used in today’s offices.
